Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, your email address, company name (optional), the service choices you select, any optional custom service text you add for "Other", your budget range (optional), and the project details you write in your message. We don't collect any information beyond what you submit yourself.
How we use this information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to and evaluate your project inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the service providers described below.

Cookies & tracking
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand overall traffic and performance. Both are cookieless: they don't set cookies, don't use persistent identifiers, and don't collect personal information like your name, email, or IP address. Visits are aggregated anonymously using a temporary, rotating hash, and the underlying data is automatically discarded after 24 hours. No cookie consent banner is required for this, and none is used.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or for the duration of an ongoing client relationship. We don't retain it indefinitely beyond that.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of any information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing contact@aginyxsystems.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
