By using this website or submitting an inquiry through our contact form, you agree to these terms.

Services

Aginyx offers the following services:

• AI agent development. We design and ship AI agents that handle real tasks, research, support, scheduling, and more, tuned to your workflow instead of a generic chatbot.
• Business process automation. We connect your existing tools and replace manual, repetitive work with automated workflows that hold up under real production use.
• Voice & avatar agents. We build voice-based interview simulators, avatar-driven interactions, and other conversational interfaces that go beyond text chat.
• Full-stack SaaS builds. We design, build, and ship complete products end to end, from database to interface, when you need more than a plugin or a script.

Intellectual property

Unless a signed project contract states otherwise, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables built for a client transfer to that client upon full payment. Until payment is received in full, Aginyx retains all rights to the work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aginyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total fees you've paid us for the work giving rise to that claim.
